iv) Release date, mint price
v) Pre-sale?
vi) Dev team and artist doxxed, previous projects?
vii) Deliciously subjective & fun scoring (1-10):
a. team presence in discord (hands on/off)
b. FOMO score, based on amount of hype and press surrounding project
c. Pump and dump score, based on known crypto influencers affiliated with project; prevalence of questions in discord re: “wen lambo” and floor predictions
Live events: similar format to Hangouts, explore Clubhouse events, re-use audio for FF podcast

Incubator
as a result of (#1) and (#2), FF deepens its related domain expertise and can now partner with upcoming devs/artists to launch innovative, community-oriented NFT projects
On-chain revenue: FF acquires % of royalties of each NFT project
B. Goals
FF’s evolving mission (digital hub to the Web3 playground) means we can leverage our deep connections and brand equity to tap into the booming NFT space
Long-term value: by building up expertise and presence, FF can then develop NFT-focused incubator/workshops/events

b. Incubator projects - FF receives % of royalties
Looks Rare allows us to deeply engage with organic interest; tons of folks come through the discord that are deep into NFTs

Newsletter: subs, open rate, click rate (can explore sponsorships if separate newsletter and sub count grows)
Live events: attendance, social media activity, quality of guests, growth and depth of FF’s social graph
Discord, hangouts, tea times: knock-on effects on growth in new members, attendance, inquiries
